Nigerian Dwarfs are a beautiful elegant miniature dairy goat. They were imported from America originally and we still import new genetics to diversify and improve on the current animals in Australia.
Nigerian Dwarfs can produce up to 2L of milk per day and genetically, their milk contains the highest butterfat, milk solids, and protein content - making it perfect for: cheese, soap, yoghurt, ice cream, buttermilk, skin care and lip balm, butter, cream, fudge, and kefir.
Pygmy goats are small stocky little animals. While they were originally designed as a "mini meat goat" they are not being used for that purpose in Australia. They make great little pets who are small and stocky and easy to keep in due to having such short stocky legs
